Support Terms

  • Most inquiries can only be addressed by an expert consultant.
    Due to the technical nature of our services that requires written communication, strict security, identity verification, exchanging technical details and client platform credentials, support is only available in written, using web based systems.
    We value your time and conversions are the most effective way to provide assistance.
  • Solutions, documentation, demos, backends, partner sites and therefore support are available in English. Solutions include translation support for frontend (clients facing interface). Although we try to address inquiries from any language, support replies will be in English.
  • Although many inquiries can be addressed same or next working day, some topics may involve additional tasks that take longer (research, evaluation, troubleshooting, patches, setup and configuration, migration).
