Setup is handled by VideoWhisper within a couple of business days after domain pointing. Plugins are installed and configured for the specific use case, server connections are established, and the site is tested before handoff. No technical experience is required from the client.
Full-Mode Capabilities — No Demo Restrictions
Free plugin versions run in demo mode: limited capabilities (streaming quality, capacity), intrusive VideoWhisper and demo mode notice visible to site visitors. Paid managed plans include full-mode activation for all applicable plugins — streaming parameters, capacity within hosting resource limits, intrusive VideoWhisper branding removal, and all features enabled as documented.
Priority Support via CRM
All active plan clients receive priority support through the VideoWhisper CRM at consult.videowhisper.com. Support covers the full solution: streaming server, WordPress configuration, plugin behavior, and integration questions. Priority support includes on site access / configuration / troubleshooting while free support is limited to generic answers about solutions. Responses are prioritized over free-tier inquiries.
Automated Updates
When new plugin or theme versions are released, updates are applied automatically without requiring client action. This keeps the site current with security patches, compatibility fixes, and new features without manual maintenance cycles.
Full Access and Ownership of Data
Clients retain full administrative access to their site at all times:
- WordPress admin panel
- cPanel hosting control panel
- WP Toolkit for WordPress management
- FTP / SFTP access
- phpMyAdmin for database access
There is no data lock-in. Content, users, and media belong entirely to the client.
Flexibility — Cancel Anytime
Plans can be cancelled, upgraded, downgraded, or migrated at any time:
